What lines do I need?
One of the benefits of a Cloud solution is that all the SIP calls are delivered over a Data Internet connection. So if you already have a fixed Leased Fibre line for example, we could partition 1 Mg of that line and deliver 10 calls down it. Each call is around 100kb. The type of internet line depends on the amount of concurrent calls required and hence the bandwidth.

Network requirement for a Cloud based system
Cloud based systems use IP and SIP Handsets which sit on your LAN. So you need to have a Cat5e or Cat6 LAN, to be able to use a Cloud based Hosted package. We can assist you in deploying this if and when required on a price on application basis. QoS or Quality of Service is also a pre-requisite.
