We utilise Oak Telecom Report X call logging, Record X call recording and Evolve Oak's latest Call centre reporting package on our Unify/Siemens packages.

Commsoft specialise in offering Reporting , Call Centre and Call recording packages for our Panasonic portfolio.

Tollring offer bespoke call reporting and call recording software for our Samsung range.

My Calls is the range of Call reporting, Call recording and call centre packages for our NEC portfolio of phone systems.

Cloud Based systems Call recording

Our Clarity Voice Cloud Voice solution comes with an option on a per user basis for call recording at just £2.50 per user per month. This will record all of their calls from that extension.

Free Call recording

Our Fixed Phone systems offer free Voice recording into their Voicemail boxes. It must be noted that this is an adhoc solution and requires you to hit a key before the call to record it, and is Not Encrypted and as such admissible in court as proof, it is however very useful for memo and note taking of the call.
