The Solution

Premier engaged Clarity Voice as a leading national Telecoms provider trusting that we could deploy a feature rich multi site solution, offering them extended features of Unified Comms, Call Recording and Reporting features. Premier needed a company that could offer a single solution of Lines, calls, support and telephony, ensuring a single point of support and admin.

Clarity Voice surveyed the 6 Premier Support Services sites based sites and recommended them a new a Unify Openscape Business Unified Communications telephony platform that would bring them collaborative features between branch's and a massive uplift in features, ensuring that Premier could work easily between sites and offsite colleagues as well as in their own office. In addition, we recommended Oak Telecom's leading Report and Record X packages of recording and reporting. Premier Support Services now benefit from an ISDN and SIP trunk Based Unify UC platform at all their 6 sites, with ISDN2 lines plus SIP as resilience.

All systems were deployed and all users were extensively trained as planned and required. Premier now benefit from Oak Report X call management software ensuring that they can offer the highest client service and work rate. A new Web and Video Collaboration package is also being deployed so they can have virtual meetings between sites without leaving their desks.
