Their Needs

Hunters had a an ageing telephony estate based on Panasonic Analogue/digital equipment. Hunters recognized that in line with their imminent rebranding and modernization plans that a new Modern Unified Communications platform that would network all their existing sites for better intercompany communication and enhanced efficiency was required.

As Clarity was a trusted existing supplier of their photocopiers and printers Clarity Voice were a natural trusted choice to examine these possibilities. They needed a complete equipment refresh that would not increase their existing costs too much. Hunters were tied into a BT land lines and calls contract which would need to be exited from as part of the package and offering.

The Solution

Clarity Voice surveyed the 7 existing Hunters Midlands based sites and offered Hunters a Unify Openscape Business Unified Communications telephony platform that would bring them collaborative features between branches and a massive uplift in features, ensuring that Hunters could work easily between sites and offsite colleagues as well as in their own office.

Hunters now benefit form a SIP trunk Based Unify UC platform at all of their 7 sites, with ISDN2 lines at each site as resilience. All systems were deployed and all users were extensively trained as planned and required.

Hunters now also benefit from Oak Report X call management software ensuring that they can offer the highest client service and work rate. A new Web and Video Collaboration package is also being deployed so they can have virtual meetings between sites without leaving their desks.
