Their Needs

EHB had been looking at changing their BT telephone system for some time, and had not found confidence in the companies they had liased with to deliver what they needed.

Mark Wade Director of EHN Warwick engaged with Ian Bullingham Owner of Clarity Voice and was comforted by his Knowledge and Clarity's Set up. Their needs were fairly simple but their need for uptime and reliability outshone the size of the system.

The Solution

Clarity Voice surveyed EHB Warwick and proposed a new Clarity Voice Hosted Cloud solution, with a mixture of Fixed IP deskphones and IP DECT Cordless handsets to enable the users to roam about the building on their phones, which was key to them.

They also needed Clarity Voice to Port their existing Analogue phone number to CV's Sip cloud, and deliver it down their new VOIP ready Broadband. The whole solution was delivered effectively with no down time by Clarity Voice. They now have in Clarity Voice a single phone bill, single supplier for support and assistance.
